Student Voice Celebrates International Students’ Day 2017

Press Release
November 17, 2017

Today, Friday, November 17, 2017 marks the annual observance of International Students’ Day, where students across the globe gather together to recognize the power of student communities.

International Students' Day is a day which has evolved into a nonpolitical celebration of multiculturalism and student activism across the world. In commemoration this year, Student Voice is highlighting voices of young people across the globe with a podcast and online dialogue. The day will feature stories and publications from young people about their experiences with the right to free expression.

We hope to celebrate diversity in perspective and experience in school. Students can also participate in the conversation by submitting their questions and ideas via social media, using #StuVoice on Twitter and Instagram and by tagging Student Voice on facebook. Follow along today to help us celebrate International Students’ Day!
