As a genderqueer Asian-American, Ry is extremely passionate about LGBTQ+ rights and advocacy — especially in regards to schools — with a focus on queer Asian-American history. They’ve also been involved with local youth advocacy groups, including their local March for Our Lives chapter, and is always looking for more ways to be involved as a young person.
